GOING TO VOTE?

You will need to bring one form of personal photo identification with you, such as a:

Texas driver's license
-
Texas handgun license
-
Texas election ID certificate
-
Texas personal ID card
-
US citizenship certificate
-
US military ID card
-
US passport

DON'T HAVE ANY OF THOSE?
The new acceptable forms of identification are a copy
or original of the following:

-
a government document showing your name, address and voter registration certificate
-
current utility bill
-
bank statement
-
a government check (originals only)
-
paycheck (originals only)
-
(a) a certified domestic (U.S. state or territory)
birth certificate or (b) a document confirming
birth admissible in a court of law that establishes
identity (includes a foreign birth document)

After presenting one of these forms of ID, you
must sign a Reasonable Impediment Declaration.
VOTERS AGE 18-69
can use a photo ID that expired within the last 4 years.
VOTERS AGE 70+
can use a photo ID that expired at any time if it's otherwise valid.
